CELL PHONE PLUGGED IN OUTLET PLEASE READ IT!!!
A few days ago, a person was recharging his cell phone at home.
Just at that time a call Came in and he answered it with the
Instrument still connected to the outlet.
After a few seconds electricity flowed into the cell phone unrestrained and the young man was thrown to the ground with a heavy thud.
His parents rushed to the room only to find him unconscious, with a weak heartbeat and burnt
fingers.

He was rushed to the nearby hospital, but was pronounced dead on arrival.
Cell phones are a very useful modern invention.

However, we must be aware that it can also be an instrument of death.
Never use the cell phone while it is hooked to the electrical outlet!
FORWARD THIS TO THE PEOPLE THAT MATTER IN YOUR LIFE!!!

Avoid Cold Water Or Cool Drinks With Meal
For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid , it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food . It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.
A serious note about heart attacks - You should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting . Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.
You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack. Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms. 60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know the better chance we could survive.

CNG Cylinders ... Expiry Date
This Information may save life of many people and create Public Awareness.
Many of us do not know this. Do you know that there is an expiry date?
(Physical life) for CNG cylinders?
Expired Cylinders are not safe for use and may cause accidents. In this regard please be cautious at the time of accepting any CNG cylinder from the vendor.
Here is how we can check the expiry of CNG cylinders:
On one of three side stems of the cylinder, the expiry date is coded alpha numerically as follows:
A or B or C or D and some two digit number following this e.g. D06. The alphabets stand for quarters
A for March (First Qtr),
B for June (Second Qtr),
C for Sept (Third Qtr),
D for December (Fourth Qtr).
The digits stand for the year till it is valid. Hence D06 would mean December qtr of 2006.
This would not have had happened if checks were done timely.
